A leading recruitment agency based in Bourn is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle receiving, inspecting, and shipping goods while maintaining organizational standards in a fast-paced environment. This role requires previous warehouse experience and physical fitness, with an attractive pay rate of £12.51 - £13.70 per hour. Immediate start available.

Overview

Join The Team as a Warehouse Operative - Technician!

Location: Bourn, Cambridge
Pay Rate: £12.51 - £13.70 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

If you have FLT licence, that will be beneficial.

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • (39 hours per week, with a 30-minute lunch break)
What You\'ll Be Doing

Step into a fast-paced, hands-on role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will shine. As a Warehouse Technician, you\'ll be a key part of operations team, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and materials
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy
  • Managing inventory, stock checks, and cycle counts
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Following all safety protocols and company procedures
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Getting Here
  • Access to your own transport is preferred due to our location
  • A Stagecoach bus runs from Cambridge to Cambourne, with a stop at the top of Wellington Way
