Overview

GI are recruiting for Warehouse Operative / Order Pickers to work for a company based in Atherstone.

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (note: company relocating to Coalville in March 2027).

Responsibilities

• Order picking using voice headset
• Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker)
• Stacking goods onto pallets
• Pallet wrapping
• Quality checking goods
• Delivering to Dispatch
• Training Provided

Shift, Hours and Pay

• Shift: 2pm – Finish (average 8-9 hours per shift)
• Pay rate: £13.10 for hours before 10pm; £16.38 for hours after 10pm
• After 12 weeks: £14.56 for hours before 10pm; £18.20 for hours after 10pm
• 5 on 3 off rota
