Build the Future of Wellbeing

Do Your Life’s Best Work

If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best.

That’s what we’re building at Healf—an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started.

We combine culture-shaping storytelling, cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work.

Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to help oversee key processes within our warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you will be directly involved in ensuring products are handled efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the logistics operations. You’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and assisting the Head of Logistics with various tasks, contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the goods-in process, ensuring products are accurately checked and processed as per internal procedures.

  • Work closely with the Head of Logistics and Sales Enablement team to ensure products are handled and recorded accurately throughout the process.

  • Ensure consistent quality standards are met during the handling and processing of products.

  • Provide feedback on processes, offering suggestions for improvements where applicable.

  • Oversee a small team of 1-2 staff, ensuring they are aligned with operational goals and that tasks are executed smoothly.

  • Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

  • Support the logistics team with day-to-day tasks and provide assistance when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.

  • Experience managing or overseeing a structured process within a warehouse, production, or related environment.

  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, capable of managing and overseeing warehouse operations efficiently.

  • Proven ability to manage a small team effectively and delegate tasks as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar tracking systems.

  • Ability to manage inventory and assist with stock organisation.

  • Experience with quality assurance and process improvements.
