Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Redditch. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, with a primary focus on replenishing pick locations and handling stock safely and accurately. This is a hands‑on role that requires physical activity, attention to detail, and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish pick locations accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Move, lift, and transport boxes from racking to designated areas
• Safely climb up and down ladders to access stock stored at height
• Ensure stock is correctly rotated and stored in appropriate locations
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times
• Report any damaged stock, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management
• Support general warehouse duties as required

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is essential
• Experience with stock replenishment and manual handling tasks
• Confidence and ability to work at height using ladders
• Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and reliability

Health & Safety Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and move boxes in line with manual handling guidelines
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role

Hours of Work

• Day and Night shifts available.

Rate of Pay

• £12.40 per hour.
