Warehouse Operative
Full-Time | Yate, Bristol | Connexion Developments Ltd

Connexion Developments Ltd is a family-run valve and pneumatic distribution company based in Yate, Bristol. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our friendly warehouse team as our fifth member.

What we offer
  • No experience required – full training provided
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
  • Salary: Above minimum wage, depending on experience, plus annual pay review
  • Holiday: 28 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)
  • Perks: Free on-site parking, staff canteen (microwave, fridge, tea & coffee)

The role
  • Goods Out: Picking and packing orders
  • Goods In (with training): Processing and receiving stock, restocking shelves
  • Future opportunities: Special product assembly, involvement in projects, and potential to progress into sales or other areas
