Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Warehouse Operative in Theale to work on a back shift. We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Theale, to work on a back shift on a temporary ongoing basis.

Warehouse Operative – Back Shift

Location: Theale

Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 23:00 (42.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of goods, including both low- and high-level picking
• Working from pick sheets to ensure order accuracy
• Updating and maintaining records on the WMS system
• Operating warehouse equipment following training, including:
• Forklift trucks
• LLOP / HLOP
• Pump trucks
• Meeting set KPIs and operational deadlines
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
