Overview

As our new Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods across the Scott Bader site. You’ll handle both finished products and raw materials using counterbalance and VNA forklift trucks, supporting smooth and reliable warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare finished goods for packing and despatch, ensuring accurate wrapping and timely system updates.
  • Support effective stock management by taking part in regular stocktaking activities.
  • Safely operate counterbalance and VNA forklift trucks in line with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Complete all warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and Responsible Care in line with Company and legislative requirements (e.g. COSHH, HSE).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or stores environment.
  • A commitment to high-quality standards, with a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands‑on experience coordinating deliveries and dispatch operations.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently to achieve shared goals.
