Overview

Sure Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting for the Warehouse Operative on behalf of our leading client in the horticulture and floral production industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team within a growing company.

Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll support the daily flow of goods through the warehouse, assisting with receiving, sorting, storing, and preparing stock for production or dispatch. You'll be working in a physically active role, where teamwork and accuracy are key.

Location, Pay & Schedule

Location: Brough (HU15)
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Shifts: Sunday - Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM - Finish
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Unloading and receiving deliveries
• Moving and storing stock safely and efficiently
• Picking and preparing goods for production or dispatch
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Completing basic stock checks and handling documentation
• Supporting other departments when required
• Following all health & safety procedures on site

About You

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit and happy with manual handling work
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to work flexible shifts from Sunday to Friday
