About the role

InPost are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced Parcel Sorting Team at our bustling Maidstone depot! As a key player in our team, you’ll be directly contributing to the smooth delivery of parcels across the UK, supporting some of the biggest brands in retail, education, office, and light industrial sectors.

🕒 Sunday 12:00pm - 22:30pm / Monday - Thursday 14:00pm - 22:30pm

Salary

💰 £12.70 per hour

What you’ll be doing

• Efficiently sorting parcels to optimize and streamline the entire operational workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing that supports seamless distribution.
• Relabelling and meticulously preparing parcels for dispatch, guaranteeing all items meet stringent quality and accuracy standards before reaching their destination.
• Sorting parcels manually or operating advanced sorting machinery when required, adapting quickly to meet dynamic operational demands.
• Contributing to a wide range of general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized and efficient environment that drives productivity.
• Loading and unloading parcels with speed and accuracy within a fast-paced, collaborative team setting, ensuring deadlines are met while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
