Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the UK warehouse, including inbound / outbound management, inventory audits, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Manage regional delivery staff, optimize routing plans to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Handle returns and after-sales repairs promptly, taking full ownership of post-sales management.
• Lead warehouse and local delivery teams, implement performance management, and motivate staff effectively.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, HR, finance, and customer service teams to address business needs and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements :

• College degree or above, with fluency in both Chinese and English.
• 3+ years of UK warehouse management experience, preferably in cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehousing, or logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, regional driving deliveries, and related compliance / safety regulations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Preferred: UK drivers license, forklift certification, or repair experience.
