We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations at Davison’s, ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials and ingredients. This role is key to maintaining compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting production to meet our operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across internal and external warehouses, including goods-in/out and stock control.
• Maintain compliance with Food Safety requirements.
• Ensure accurate stock management and reporting through the use of our WMS system.
• Optimise warehouse layouts for our ambient, chilled, and frozen storage.
• Lead, develop, and support a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a safe and positive working culture.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments, ensuring paperwork accuracy and cost control.
• Act as Person Responsible for Racking Safety (PRRS) conducting audits and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience with operation of Forklifts / VNA / Reach Trucks.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
