Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Harlow

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and production team in Harlow. This is a fast-paced role where you\'ll play a key part in maintaining smooth operations and supporting stock movement across the site.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods with care and precision
• Move stock between production and storage areas
• Support inventory management and stock rotation
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required

What We\'re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude

Shift Patterns

• Early Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Late Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
