A prominent logistics provider in Doncaster is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives. In this full-time, permanent role, you will drive performance to meet KPIs, manage Health & Safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a fast-paced logistics environment and excellent communication skills. Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our B&Q contract based in Doncaster. As a First Line Manager, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operative to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll work on a shift pattern of ‘any 5 from 7’, with rotating hours of 06:00 till 14:00, 10:00 till 18:00 and 14:00 till 22:00
