Job Description:
  • Equipment Research: Research the application scenarios, technical features, and operational performance of warehouse automation equipment in different regions, and generate analytical reports to support equipment strategy development.
  • Equipment Discovery and Evaluation: Track warehouse equipment market trends, identify new equipment that improves efficiency and reduces costs, evaluate its technological advancement, cost-effectiveness, and applicable scenarios, and establish an equipment resource library.
  • Scenario Adaptation Analysis: Based on the warehouse's actual business scenarios, liaise with the internal planning department to evaluate equipment suitability, compatibility, and implementation feasibility, and analyze the expected impact on efficiency and cost.
  • Equipment Line Planning: Based on business needs, analysis, and equipment evaluation, develop an overall automation equipment planning plan and promote its implementation in coordination with the strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; requirements may be relaxed for those with outstanding experience.
  • At least three years of equipment-related work experience.
  • Basic automation knowledge and the ability to implement automated WCS and WMS interoperability.
  • Experience managing a team of ten or more people.
