Overview

Summary: £27,040 up to £34,000 per annum | Full time 40hrs contract | AM shift Early shift - 5/6am start. This role keeps our warehouses moving, 24 hours a day, by processing incoming and outgoing orders with speed and accuracy, coordinating with stores and suppliers. You will help ensure the right products are stocked and delivered on time, and you may assist with picking stock and reporting data to optimise stocking processes. What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all orders are received, processed, picked and shipped.
  • Assist the Assistant Team Manager with preparing for shifts, maintaining databases, tracking order trends and providing inventory support.
  • Manage your areas of the warehouse and support colleagues as needed.
  • Work closely with drivers, pickers and warehouse managers.
  • Investigate order differences, liaise with supply chain teams and process driver documents.
What you’ll need
  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word.
  • Great organisation, initiative and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confident communication, fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Flexibility about work times, including early mornings or late nights.
