Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role within a fast-growing, ambitious business? We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator with strong organisational skills to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

In this role, you\'ll oversee daily warehouse activity, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards. You\'ll take ownership of health and safety, implement efficient processes, and drive continuous improvement while leading by example.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate stock records, oversee stock takes, and ensure correct product handling and storage
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders on time, upholding quality standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
  • Support customer installations and operate company vans when required
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse role, with leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence, with experience driving vans safely and confidently
  • Forklift licence (Bendi/Flexi preferred) desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach
  • IT literate, confident with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work under pressure
