Job summary

This temp-to-perm role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team. Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Snetterton. This is a temp-to-perm role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to support warehouse, technical, and purchasing operations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 11:00–14:30 (flexible/negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive goods and supplies, checking product descriptions, part codes, and quantities
  • Perform quality checks against descriptions, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Photograph parts for marketing purposes
  • Accurately store goods, maintaining correct locations and counts
  • Create pick tickets and despatch notes
  • Prepare stock for collection by external logistics providers
  • Complete regular stock counts
  • Assist the technical team with basic engineering duties
  • Support the buying team with basic purchasing tasks
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the warehouse and work areas
  • Follow all operating procedures and warehouse disciplines in line with ISO 9001:2008
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
About You
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Counterbalance and/or Reach forklift licence desirable
