Are you an organised and detail-driven individual with strong PC skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator on our Kimberly-Clark contract based in Northfleet.

Kimberly-Clark is a global leader in hygiene and personal care, providing essential products used by millions of people every day. With over 150 years of history, the company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.

This is a full-time position on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern (two days and two nights), with shifts running from 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00. The role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What you will do on a typical day:
  • Provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations
  • Accurately input data into internal systems (SAP experience preferred)
  • Monitor stock movements, receipts, and dispatch documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks
  • Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to resolve queries
  • Maintain high standards of organisation and record-keeping
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Previous administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiativeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
