Job summary

A healthcare organization in City of London is seeking a Clinical Leader for the Amber Unit – Frailty Assessment Unit. Overview

Working in Amber Unit - Frailty Assessment Unit is both rewarding and impactful. The role allows you to be at the forefront of patient-centered care, working collaboratively with a range of specialists to ensure that frail older adults are assessed holistically, treated effectively and supported through their care transitions.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about geriatric care, multi-disciplinary teamwork and improving patient outcomes in a highly supportive environment.

Key qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills: the ability to lead a diverse team and drive high-quality care with compassion.
  • In-depth Clinical Knowledge: understanding the complexities of frailty and managing the complex needs of older adults.
  • Empathy and Communication: a compassionate, empathetic approach to dealing with patients and families in a sensitive, often emotional environment.
  • Experience in Acute or Geriatric Care: familiarity with frailty assessments, polypharmacy and multidisciplinary care models.
