Job Title: Ward Manager
Specialty/Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation – Mental Health
Band: Band 7
Location: Preston
Salary: £47,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5hrs

Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Ward Manager to join a specialist inpatient rehabilitation service supporting men with complex mental health needs. This full-time permanent position is within a 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital, which provides a safe and therapeutic environment for men aged 18+ with mental illness or personality disorders, including those detained under the Mental Health Act. The service is committed to empowering individuals towards independence and recovery.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Proven ability to manage teams and resources effectively
  • Experience in inpatient mental health settings (desirable)
