A leading NHS Trust in Coventry is seeking a Ward Manager for its Surgical Enhanced Care Unit. The role requires strong leadership skills to maintain service quality and manage a clinical team. Ward Manager (Band 7) for an 18 bedded Surgical Enhanced Care Unit (ECU). The ECU supports Transplant Surgery, elective theatre cases, emergency theatre cases, emergency pathway patients and patients transferred from General Critical Care. This leadership role is essential to maintain KPI's and to provide a pivotal leadership role.
