Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Champion: Support the children and young people with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and meals whilst encouraging their independence.
  • Activity Enthusiast: Plan and take part in fun activities such as crafts, games and sports to encourage teamwork and new skills.
  • Health and Wellness Guardian: Monitor their health and well-being, ensuring they stay happy, healthy and emotionally supported.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with the team to create personalised care plans, enabling a safe and nurturing environment for all.
