We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role. Parkview is a 9 bed residential service located in Salford facing Buile Hill park. We provide support for adults with complex Mental Health needs, requiring support to live as independently as possible. Parkview is a large spacious detached house with spacious communal areas. All communal areas can be accessed by residents along with their relatives and friends.

What we’ll give you:
  • £12.60 per hour
  • 40 hours per week. Waking nights 9:45 pm to 7:45 am.

What you’ll be doing:

  • 40 hours per week. Waking nights 9:45 pm to 7:45 am. Weekend and Bank holiday working is required.
Who you are:
  • Shifts can change to suit the needs of the people we support, so flexibility is a must.
  • The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
  • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with mental health needs is preferred but not essential.
