Who will you be supporting?

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.

Responsibilities

Help people with daily living tasks and ensure their personal support plans are followed. Support may include dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, employment, volunteering and pursuing hobbies. Build a trusting relationship with the people we support and promote their independence and safety during night-time routines.
