A national health and social service provider in Borrowash is seeking a Waking Nights Support Worker to support individuals with their personal and emotional needs overnight. This role involves working 40 hours per week, including weekends, from 9 pm to 7 am. Candidates must have flexibility and a commitment to social care, with experience preferred but not essential. At Paxton House we support people between the ages of 18-35 with a range of needs including learning disabilities, behaviours that are perceived to be challenging, non‑verbal communication and/or autistic spectrum disorders.
