Job Description

As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you'll stay awake and alert throughout the night, ensuring our residents receive the care and reassurance they need.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide personal care and overnight support
  • Carry out regular safety and wellbeing checks
  • Respond promptly to requests for assistance
  • Keep accurate records and handover notes for day staff
  • Maintain a calm, homely environment while respecting privacy and dignity
