We are looking for experienced waiting staff with exceptional service and communication skills to add charm to our service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage restaurant operations during service periods
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with utmost professionalism
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Oversee wine service and maintain wine knowledge
  • Manage reservations and special events
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of restaurant supplies
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Proven track record in leading front‑of‑house teams
  • Expert knowledge of food and wine service
  • Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and service standards
  • WSET certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
