Job summary

A prestigious luxury hotel in London is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You will guide guests through the menu, ensuring their dining experience reflects high standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude and attention to detail are essential. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests by delivering exceptional service with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Providing an attentive and personalised food and beverage service to guests.
  • Confidently guiding guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions about food, wine and cocktail selections.
  • Ensuring tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the service areas.
  • Delivering a seamless and engaging dining experience that reflects the Four Seasons standards of excellence.
Qualifications
