Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Define and execute a regional enterprise acquisition strategy that aligns with Malt's global priorities and ambitious growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a world‑class team of Account Executives (AEs), Senior AEs, and Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Revenue Ownership: Own the regional P&L for new business, including revenue, pipeline health, and new logo acquisition targets.
- Operational Excellence: Drive forecasting accuracy and rigorous MEDDIC discipline. Responsible for CRM excellence and the consistent adoption of sales methodologies across your teams.
- Deal Coaching & Advocacy: Steer complex deal reviews, coach your team on value narratives and negotiation strategies while personally engaging in high‑stakes C‑level negotiations to close major MSAs.
- Cross‑Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and Product to unblock deals and optimize the GTM engine.
- Market Influence: Represent Malt's leadership both internally and externally, bringing critical market insights back to the executive team to influence product and strategy.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience selling to large‑scale enterprises, navigating complex procurement cycles, and closing multi‑stakeholder, multi‑million euro MSAs.
- A proven track record of setting regional sales strategies and aligning diverse teams toward shared commercial outcomes.
- Experience scaling high‑performing enterprise sales teams with a focus on coaching, performance management, and retention.
- Deep expertise in MEDDIC, pipeline governance, and KPI management. Strong command of Salesforce and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Full professional fluency in English. Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client and partner meetings. Ability to travel within the EU every two weeks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage C‑level executives.
