Job summary

A global financial services firm in Greater London is looking for a Vice President to support the Global Payments Sales Team. This role involves managing project delivery for Sales Audit remediation and ensuring compliance with a robust control framework. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Banking or Financial Services, experience in remediation programs, and strong analytical skills. This position encourages process documentation and continuous improvement in Sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Relevant background in Banking and/or Financial Industry.
  • Experience with remediation programs, control frameworks, technology frameworks.
  • Previous experience in Controls or Business Management Function.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Practices Lead to close all Audit Sales open issues.
  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Project manage technology enhancements supporting control requirements.
  • Coordinate with Business Managers for required data.
  • Establish the Sales guidebook through documentation.
  • Encourage feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
