• In depth credit / financial / risk / legal / operational analysis skills.
• High level of expertise and understanding of deal structures and legal documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adhere to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage existing and new Structured Lending Joint Venture Programmes.
• Proactive development of JVCo Partner relationships.
• Regular interaction with stakeholders including Credit Department and SPD Management.
