Overview
We\'re building a diverse community of tutors passionate about educational equity. We are seeking dedicated volunteers from all walks of life to tutor and support pupils facing socio-economic disadvantage in maths and English.
Responsibilities
- Tutor a group of 1-3 pupils (primary or secondary), with options to support online or in-person.
- Dedicate one hour a week for a 10-20 week programme.
- Use our workbooks and provided resources to deliver your sessions; bring your enthusiasm and commitment.
- Receive structured session plans and ongoing support from your dedicated programme coordinator.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Solid subject knowledge in the area you wish to tutor, demonstrated by a degree or a grade B at A-level (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
- The ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- A commitment to supporting pupils\' academic progress.
- Minimum time commitment (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, etc.).
- Suitable for Families - (under 16\'s with an adult).
- Suitable for Under 18\'s (state min age if applicable).
- Will require a criminal record check (DBS).
