A local charity shop in Ipswich is seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Shop Assistants to support their mission of raising funds for animal welfare. Volunteers can choose to work flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 4 hours in the morning or afternoon, any day between Monday and Saturday. Responsibilities include serving customers, sorting stock, and assisting with window displays. Previous retail or customer service experience is appreciated but not a requirement. If you love animals and want to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity.
The RSPCA is the UK's leading animal welfare charity. They receive no funding from Government and need to raise funds through donations and retail outlets to support the work they do.
The Reynolds Road Charity Shop is actively seeking Volunteer Shop Assistants.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to work a 2, 3 or 4‑hour shift, either morning or afternoon, with our wonderful team at our Reynolds Road Charity Shop in Ipswich any day between Monday to Saturday. Our shop is open 10am‑4pm each day.
As a volunteer, you would help serve customers, sort stock and help with window displays – you just need a friendly disposition and can‑do attitude. You’ll be helping to raise vital funds to help animals in need in Suffolk.
It would be helpful if you have worked in retail or have previous customer service experience, but this is not essential. We are looking for people of any age, who love animals, are passionate about making a difference in their community, and want to contribute their time and skills.
