A health services organization is looking for volunteers to support their patient feedback team by gathering insights from service users. Ideal candidates should be friendly, have good listening skills, and possess a good telephone manner. This role is crucial for improving the services offered to the community and provides a valuable experience in the healthcare sector.
We are passionate about gathering feedback from people who use our services. This role will help us to do this and continue to improve and develop the services we offer. If you want to gain experience, improve your job prospects, or just want to give some of your time to help others, this volunteering role could be for you! The role is intended to support our patient feedback team and enhance the service they offer.

Applying to become a volunteer may seem a little daunting for some people however, the volunteer service is here to guide and support you through the process. Please be aware that due to the robust process, recruitment can sometimes take a few weeks. Throughout the process you will have informal meetings with us and the service where you will be volunteering.
