About the Role:

As a Virtual Hub Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality candidates while maintaining a seamless experience from start to finish. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, foster client relationships, and ensure the continuous employability of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis & Feasibility: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job details; evaluate feasibility, set realistic expectations, and plan recruitment activities.
  • Sourcing & Attraction: Execute local and offline sourcing strategies, including partnerships with schools, municipalities, and marketing campaigns. Leverage databases and tools to identify and attract top talent. Write job announcements and manage candidate data effectively.
  • Screening & Prequalification: Screen applications, contact matching candidates, and gather their information; positively engage candidates and propose suitable job opportunities.
  • Interview & Placement: Conduct in-depth interviews to match candidates to roles accurately; prepare shortlists for clients, assist candidates in interviews, and ensure job offer commitments.
  • Workforce Management: Oversee the entire worker journey, from onboarding to contract completion; address and resolve any issues while maintaining compliance and cost management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to uncover new opportunities; proactively market candidate profiles to clients and collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Development: Stay updated on company tools, processes, and procedures to maintain excellence in all activities.
