Leicester Tigers are back for the new Premiership season, and Welford Road is going to be buzzing! We're looking for confident, friendly, and experienced VIP Hospitality Staff (VIP Waiting & VIP Bartenders) to deliver top-class service to our guests in premium areas.

Due to match days taking place during university holiday periods, we are specifically looking for candidates who reside in Leicester and the surrounding area, and can commit to working match days year-round.

If you're passionate about hospitality, love working in lively environments, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and engaging with VIP guests
• Serving food and drinks professionally and efficiently
• Taking and managing orders using till systems
• Setting up, clearing down, and maintaining clean service areas
• Knowing the menus and making thoughtful recommendations
• Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Adhering to all Health & Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines

What You Need

• 18+ years old (alcohol service involved)
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
• Based in Leicester or able to reliably commute for all match days
• Available for home match days
