Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for vintage fashion and a drive to inspire? As a key member of our Notting Hill store, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and leading by example alongside the Store Manager.

We are looking to fill this role asap, if you’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager role that values initiative, creativity and a love for the Y2K era, we want to hear from you!

Shop Floor + Team Management

• Maintain high energy and model great customer service.
• Ensure fitting room zoning is followed to improve experience and reduce stock loss.
• Support SM with stock loss prevention, training, and managing team performance.
• Celebrate wins and address underperformance promptly.

Customer Service & Atmosphere

• Ensure exceptional service and styling support from the team.
• Keep store music on-brand and upbeat during peak times.
• Look for new ways to boost customer engagement and service quality.

Visual Merchandising

• Assist SM with trend-driven VM and weekly product curation.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify VM improvements.
• Highlight bestsellers in key spots to drive sales.
• Uphold and coach VM standards

Marketing

• Help execute the store’s social media plan, including being on camera for content creation.
• Drive local engagement and Instagram sales through DMs and Stories.

Sales & Finance

• Support SM with hitting weekly/monthly targets and tracking sales.
• Report sales in EOD emails; help plan actions to meet goals.
• Handle cashing up when SM is away.

Operations

• Complete opening/closing checklists and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure clear, written handovers and manage stock of key supplies.
• Manage key handover schedule as needed.
