Job Description

We’re looking for an inhouse Videographer and Photographer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across our global platforms.

It is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage projects from concept to delivery, producing high‑quality video and photography that supports our marketing, communications, training, and global initiatives.

In‑person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office‑based role, working Monday to Friday from our Radius Campus head office in Crewe, Cheshire.

The onsite facilities are excellent, including gym, changing rooms, café, barista bar, and multiple breakout areas.

There will also be some occasional travel to other Radius sites.

Please note that new applications will be reviewed week commencing Monday 5th January 2026 onwards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Producing and editing a wide range of video content: tutorials, interviews, testimonials, product promos, social media, and training materials
  • Capturing professional footage and photography for events, campaigns, and internal use
  • Managing external resources (e.g., drone operators, voice‑over artists)
  • Storyboarding, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting live streaming and liaising with IT
  • Maintaining equipment, software, and media archives
  • Managing our Vimeo and YouTube channels
  • Travelling internationally to support global teams
What You’ll Bring

We're looking for an experienced videographer and photographer with proven software and operational skills, ideally gained in a corporate / commercial business setting.

Software Expertise
  • Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
  • Apple Motion / Adobe After Effects (animation & graphics)
  • Adobe Audition (audio editing)
  • Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Acrobat (image editing)
  • Apple Compressor, DV Prompter Plus, PowerPoint
Operational Skills
  • DSLR video and photography
  • Gimbal and lighting setup
  • Interview filming with autocue
  • Audio recording for video and podcasting
  • Professional‑level editing and post‑production
