We’re looking for a Videographer & Editor to join our growing Content team. This is a hands-on, highly creative role responsible for filming deeply emotional and structured conversations and turning them into compelling, high-quality content for the JAAQ platform.
The role is an even split between studio filming and post-production editing, requiring both technical expertise and emotional sensitivity. You’ll play a vital part in capturing conversations that matter—helping millions access the mental health support they need.

Proven Experience: 3+ years as a videographer/editor, with a strong portfolio of professional work.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, audio editing, colour grading, and DIT workflows.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage, label, and archive media efficiently.
Filming Knowledge: Solid understanding of studio setups, lighting, and sound recording.
Storytelling Ability: Strong editorial judgement to shape emotionally resonant narratives.
Professional Sensitivity: Ability to handle confidential and emotionally impactful subject matter with care.
Adaptability: Comfortable working under tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
Hybrid way of work: Someone who wants to add impact immediately and understands being in the weeds and around the studio is where the magic happens.
