Keltbray is looking for a Talented Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our in‑house Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring our projects, people, and clients to life through engaging video content. You will edit professionally filmed footage to create compelling case study videos, marketing materials, and social media content that showcase Keltbray's work and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong eye for detail, who can craft high‑quality videos that align with our brand identity and resonate with our B2B audience.

Responsibilities


  • Edit and produce high‑quality videos for case studies, website content, and social media channels.

  • Transform raw, professionally filmed footage into engaging stories that highlight our construction projects and client partnerships.

  • Add logos, effects, and light motion graphics to enhance visual appeal and brand consistency (motion design skills are desirable but not essential).

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and project teams to plan and deliver video content that supports our business objectives.

  • Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.

  • Take ownership of and manage a well‑organised library of video assets, ensuring footage is properly catalogued, accessible, and up to date.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

  • Prepare and export video content in various formats optimised for different digital platforms.


Essential Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Video Editor (experience working in‑house for a brand is essential).

  • Strong storytelling ability – able to create clear, engaging narratives from complex technical subjects.

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software).

  • Experience with After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to take direction well.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a creative marketing team.

  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity.

  • Highly organised with the ability to maintain a clear and structured video library.

  • Proactive and able to manage your own workflow effectively.


Desirable Qualifications


  • Experience creating graphics or simple animations for social or corporate video content.

  • Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound design, and file compression/exporting for digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or construction industry content is a plus.
