An educational institution in Leeds is looking for a dynamic Vice Principal to enhance its Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will drive the strategic vision of the academy, foster high teaching standards, and ensure pupil well-being. Ryecroft Academy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Vice Principal. The role will commence on January 2026, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to enhance our Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the ongoing success of the academy. Additionally, we are seeking a versatile and impactful leader who can contribute significantly to system and across trust improvement.
As Vice Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of the Academy, working closely with the Principal, staff, pupils, governors, trust leaders and parents/carers to maintain a culture of high achievement and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader committed to shaping the future of education at Ryecroft Academy and in other settings.
Although the teaching commitment of this role will alter at different points of the academic year, the successful applicant is likely to be required to have a regular teaching commitment.
