We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Reconciliations & Control team. This role is based in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead the development and implementation of regulatory oversight strategies by demonstrating expertise in compliance and control mechanisms.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of regulatory requirements, ensuring all processes align with current laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the regulatory framework, ensuring effective oversight and control measures are in place.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory changes, advising management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory oversight function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
