A leading global agency specialising in communications, marketing, and events for the AV sector is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Accounts to lead and grow a high-profile business unit. This senior role combines client leadership, commercial growth, and team development, providing a unique opportunity to make a strategic impact in a thriving and innovative agency.

About the role

The VP of Strategic Accounts will oversee a portfolio of key AV clients, ensuring consistent delivery, exceptional client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes. This role also has a clear remit for new business growth, including leading pitches, nurturing lapsed accounts, maximising upsell opportunities, and representing the agency at global industry events.

As the public face of the business unit, you will attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen relationships and expand the agency’s presence in the AV sector. You will provide strategic counsel to the leadership team, delivering market insights and thought leadership while fostering collaboration across regional teams.

Key responsibilities
