With a presence spanning the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, they advise on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, and Jersey.

They are seeking a Vice President based in London to act as a central point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships, maximising new business opportunities, and enhancing the client experience across the firm’s global operations.

Note: This role is office‑based in London 4 days per week with some flexibility. Candidates from banking, private wealth, or CRM backgrounds will not be considered. We are specifically looking for candidates from Corporate Services, Legal, Consultancy, or Professional Services backgrounds.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the central point of contact for Europe (primarily London) for new business enquiries, including initial KYC compliance and service onboarding.
  • Drive broader education on the firm’s service capabilities and value, both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain relationships across law firm practice groups to expand service offerings.
  • Personally manage new business opportunities, proactively developing and winning new client relationships.
  • Act as an escalation point and problem solver between London clients, law firm teams, and internal departments.
  • Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders including leadership, clients, law firm colleagues, and support functions.
  • Act as a key intermediary between the firm, law firm teams, and their existing and prospective clients.
  • Support client relationship initiatives in London.
  • Engage with existing clients to maximise cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
  • Assist with proposals and the drafting and distribution of marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries.
  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects as required by senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a similar client‑facing role within Corporate Services, Legal, Consultancy, or Professional Services.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations in jurisdictions where the firm operates is preferred.
  • Strong ability to assess the impact of decisions on business performance in a regulated professional services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and decision‑making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid track record of delivering business development initiatives and growth.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive, solution‑driven attitude.
Why This Role Matters

This position reports directly to senior leadership and provides the opportunity to act as a true ambassador for the firm. The Vice President plays a key role in building client relationships, driving business growth, and enhancing the client experience in London and across Europe. You will be at the center of strategic initiatives, helping shape how the firm engages with clients and intermediaries while influencing expansion across jurisdictions.
