  • Build and maintain relationships with infrastructure funds, banks, strategic investors, and credit providers.
  • Develop investor materials, financial narratives, and presentations for existing and prospective capital partners.

Project & Structured Finance

  • Oversee project financing for renewable and biogas assets (construction financing, term loans, tax equity, mezzanine facilities, etc.).
  • Optimise capital structures for individual assets and portfolios to maximise returns and minimise cost of capital.
  • Support bidding processes, offtake negotiations, and commercial structuring by providing financial insights.

Corporate Strategy & Financial Planning

  • Lead long-range financial planning, capital allocation modelling, and scenario analysis across the development pipeline.
  • Provide strategic direction on portfolio optimisation, refinancing, asset rotation, and potential joint ventures.
  • Advise executive leadership on corporate growth strategy, funding priorities, and market opportunities.

M&A & Transactions

  • Drive buy-side and sell-side transactions including acquisitions, divestments, and platform-level strategic partnerships.
  • Perform valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence oversight.
  • Assess the economic viability of new markets or technology lines, including biogas expansion opportunities.

Financial Leadership & Governance

  • Work with the CFO to enhance financial governance, reporting, and investor-grade analytics.
  • Ensure robust risk management practices across interest rate, counterparty, and liquidity exposures.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the corporate finance and investment teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 6-8 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, project finance, or private equity—ideally with a focus on energy infrastructure.
  • Strong track record leading debt/equity raises, project financing, or M&A transactions in renewables, biogas, or infrastructure.
  • Expert financial modelling, valuation, and structuring capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy project economics, PPA structures, and relevant regulatory/market frameworks.
