A progressive veterinary practice in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join their supportive team. Our standalone practice is conveniently located an hour from Manchester and Liverpool, near the Peak District, and just 20 minutes from Manchester Airport. Our location offers the perfect balance for city lovers and countryside enthusiasts alike. Our modern, bright, and spacious practice is equipped with cutting‑edge technology, including a new dental x‑ray machine, ensuring you have the best tools at your disposal.
You’ll be joining a dedicated team of professionals, including 3 more vets, a Head Nurse, RVN, 2 SVNs, 5 receptionists, and a Practice Manager. Our supportive environment prioritises your wellbeing, with a dedicated Practice Manager and Mental Health First Aider available for regular one‑on‑one support. Our exercise area and wellbeing suite provide dedicated spaces to unwind and relax.
Your role will involve performing routine clinical and surgical procedures, and delivering exceptional care to our community. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, good first‑opinion experience, and a willingness to guide and support our junior vets.
