Are you a passionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon seeking an exciting new opportunity? Would you like to be part of a proudly independent veterinary group in the picturesque county of Buckinghamshire?

Our client is an innovative, independent, and growing veterinary group that has been redefining the veterinary sector for the past fifteen years. They are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their team in a thriving market town nestled in the stunning Chiltern Hills. This location offers the perfect blend of countryside tranquillity and city convenience, being close to nature and just a short ride on the Metropolitan Line into London.

The practice is a modern, well-equipped facility that opened its doors last year. It boasts state-of-the-art features, including digital radiography, ultrasonography, and an Idexx in-house laboratory. The practice also includes dedicated surgical facilities, regularly utilised by their visiting orthopaedic specialist, ensuring a dynamic and diverse caseload.

Initially, you will work in a sole-charge position alongside another surgeon and a visiting peripatetic team. However, you will never feel isolated, with the support of a close-knit team of 25 clinicians and 100 staff across the group. Collaboration and camaraderie are at the heart of everything this practice does, fostering a true team spirit.

This employer is proud to lead the way in offering exceptional packages for their staff. All profits are reinvested back into their people and facilities, ensuring ongoing development and growth. They are pioneers in offering competitive salaries, generous holiday allowances, and modern, refreshed clinics through scheduled refits every ten years. In just the past eighteen months, they have successfully expanded their group by adding three new practices, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to growth and innovation.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your veterinary career within a supportive, progressive, and dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch today to explore this exciting opportunity!
