Veterinary Surgeon – Manchester (Full or Part-Time) Global Veterinary Careers are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-respected, independent small animal practice located within easy reach of Manchester. This role offers a flexible schedule, varied caseload, and a supportive, progressive team environment—ideal for both developing and experienced vets.

Location: Manchester (commutable from Wigan, Bolton, and surrounding areas)

Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) across 4, 4.5 or 5 days — part-time options available

Weekends: 1-in-7 rota with time off in lieu

OOH: No out-of-hours duties

About the Role:

• Wide range of surgical and medical cases
• No night or emergency on-call (OOH outsourced)
• Mix of consulting and theatre time at well-equipped branches
• One-to-one support available where needed
• Cloud-based Animana system integrated with IDEXX

Facilities & Equipment:
