An established veterinary practice in Chesterfield is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate veterinary surgeon to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners while working in a positive and collaborative environment.

About the Practice:

This practice have been ledby their Veterinary Surgeon and Partner for 17 years. The practice currently consists of 4 vets, 6 nurses, and 5 client care advisors. The practice is purpose-built with state-of-the-art equipment and serves an expanding and loyal client base.

Chesterfield is a historic market town in Derbyshire, England, offering a rich heritage and picturesque surroundings. The town boasts a vibrant centre, modern amenities, and one of the largest open-air markets in the UK. Surrounded by the stunning Peak District, Chesterfield provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will be:

  • A qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Confident in small animal medicine and surgery, with experience in routine and emergency procedures
  • Equipped with excellent communication skills, focused on delivering exceptional client care
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest veterinary practices
