A vacancy at Chapelfield Vets

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a veterinary receptionist. The position includes all reception duties such as booking clients and small‑animal consultations, taking payments, answering telephones, organising vets and nurses’ diaries, handling medications and performing administrative tasks. The role is based at our Norwich branch and the reception team provides holiday/sickness cover at Wymondham, Costessey, Long Stratton and Brooke branches.

More about you

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, initiative and be confident in time management, problem solving and organisation, as well as good computer skills. Geographical knowledge of Norfolk is beneficial.

  • Training courses will be provided online.
  • Candidate should have a full UK driving licence.
Your shift pattern

You will work 28 hours per week, with shifts on a rota basis between 8 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a flexible shift pattern to cover needs and always give plenty of notice to accommodate our team’s needs.
